If your unsure which sessions to select, feel free to contact us!
Adult Hockey Foundations (First-Timer - Beginner)
Drive Foundations is designed specifically for first-time and beginner adult players who are new to the game or looking to solidify the basics. This program creates a supportive, low-pressure environment where you’ll develop essential skills - all at a pace that’s comfortable but challenging.
Our coaching team is hands-on and constantly involved, offering clear instruction and quick feedback to help you improve every rep. We focus on building strong habits from day one, so you gain both confidence and skill that translates directly into game situations.
Whether you're learning how to stop or just trying to get on the ice this is your place to grow, sweat, and have a blast on the ice.
No experience necessary - just bring your gear and your attitude. We’ll take care of the rest.
