Leo Zuzik – Co-Founder + Head of Adult Development
With years of experience playing competitive hockey and a deep passion for skill development, Leo brings energy, knowledge, and a player-first mentality to every session.
Leo grew up playing hockey in Aberdeen, Scotland where he had played in Scotland's Professional minor system. After arriving in Canada, he had constantly played at a high level of hockey, captaining his u18 AAA team and playing Junior A hockey.
His firsthand experience at the competitive level, combined with years of training under top coaches in BC and the U.K, gives him a deep understanding of what it takes to grow in today’s game. As a coach, Leo is driven, relatable, and committed to helping players at all levels develop their skills and confidence. Leo is also a fully certified coach that has 3+ years of coaching at minor, elite minor, u18 AAA and adult hockey levels.
Jasha Bichin – Co-Founder + Head of Youth Development
With a strong background in competitive hockey and a deep understanding of modern player development, Jasha brings structure and intensity to every session.
Jasha grew up playing high-level hockey in the Lower Mainland, where he developed into a smart, versatile player known for his edge work, playmaking ability, and leadership. He is currently the assistant captain of his Junior A club.
With years of experience mentoring younger players and running on- and off-ice training sessions, Jasha focuses on individual growth and game-transferable skills. His goal is to build confident, well-rounded athletes who understand how to think the game and compete at a high level. Jasha works with players of all ages and skill levels who are serious about improving every time they hit the ice.
